Description

The compact aluminium safety tripod TM16 is an anchor point in accordance with EN795/B and TS16415/B and can be used as a component of fall protection equipment. The TM16 tripod provides protection for up to 3 people at the same time.

 

The TM16 tripod consists of a powder-coated aluminium head, equipped with 3 ball-bearing polyamide rollers for guiding the working rope of the RUP and CRW evacuation devices. The head is also equipped with 3 anchor points located on the side walls of the head. Each of these points can be used as an anchor point for fall protection equipment. One point is intended for a maximum of 1 user at the same time. Each leg can be set and locked in one of three positions in relation to the head. The end of each leg is adapted to the installation of a special swivel and pendulum foot with a suction cup. The suction cup allows the installationof
the tripod on irregular surfaces (e.g., on pressure vessels made of stainless steel). It is also possible to mount a classic plastic foot with a rubber pad (additional feet must be ordered separately). The inner leg is locked in the outer leg with an automatic pin with locking fins that are released by a button in the pin holder.
